Organized to bring you the talents of a select group of proven Artists who have emerged to reach the top of their fields, THE ART WEB.NET  hopes to provide an introspective venue for their work to be appreciated and made available for purchase by art lovers around the world. 

 We specialize in the original, one-of-a-kind works of “Celebrated Contemporary Artists”, whose work must surpass the strict standards set by our selection committee, which include major gallery showings, and selection for exhibition in museums.  Our goal is to provide quality art at reasonable prices for collectors and art lovers.  This is why we provide basic information on each of our artists together with underlying art education and art investment information to help you share and enjoy these works.

Our inventory is updated as new works and artists are added.  Each work is guaranteed for originality and is delivered with an accompanying artist letter to the buyer and a video film on the artist and his work.

Criteria:

 The criteria for designating a gallery to a specific artist on THE ART WEB.NET is based upon the caliber of museums and galleries throughout the world that house their work, private as well as corporate collections, successful one man and group exhibitions, scholarship, commissions, publications, awards, critiques and reviews.

 After you have found a piece of art you would like to purchase click the appropriate Buy Button to link to our online purchase form.  Buying online with The Art Web.Net is completely safe and secure.  By using an encrypted Internet channel, your  information is scrambled in transit.  Nobody else can view the data.   If you prefer, you may also fax us at 516-541 5336 or write us The Art Web. Net/ATA Trading Corp., PO Box 307, Massapequa Park, NY 11762 with your order. 
 We accept payment by bank check, wire transfer or by personal check (in this case shipment is made after payment has been actually credited into our account).

 Availability:   These very special artworks may occasionally be temporarily on loan to an exhibition.  In rare instances, the work might have been sold prior to your decision to purchase it and before we could remove it from our site.  Should these events occur, our consultants would work with you to arrange for delivery after the end of temporary loan period, to find a suitable replacement, or to cancel the purchase.

 Prices:  The artists set prices.  Our exclusive arrangement with each artist requires that prices be set for you at or below their regular established price quotations.

 Taxes: Only art delivered to New York State residents will be taxed.

 International Orders:  Yes, we accept international orders

 Privacy Protection:  Our internal “firewall” technology protects our database from incursion by outside parties.  We do not sell, trade or rent any of the database information but keep it on hand only to facilitate your future contacts with us.  Our Security System will protect any information that is sent between us.

 Shipments:  All artwork will be shipped out to you fully insured and guaranteed at our expense.  You should examine the work prior to your signing for it.  Any damage should be immediately reported to the courier at that time.  If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the work, it can be returned, in new condition, within 10 days for a full refund.  Return insurance and charges are for your account.

 Return Guarantee:  All purchases are completely backed by our seven-day money back guarantee.   To insure a full refund simply:

1. Email TheArtWeb.Net within seven days of receipt of the artwork to notify us that you wish to return the work.  We will forward return shipment instructions to you.
2. You must return the art in its original packaging and in its original condition.
3. You must insure the art for the full purchase price and cover return shipping and insurance charges.
When the artwork is received back in its original condition, we will refund the complete purchase price to you.
